You are dealing with several ad-hoc tracking tools (multiple spreadsheets, paper files, databases, etc.) These tools are redundant, and critical information is slipping through the cracks.
You know you need a database, but are not sure where to start.
You are the “go to” database person in your organization. Everyone comes to you for training, modifications, or (heavens forbid) help when the database crashes. You know Access pretty well, but would love to increase your effectiveness in working the database.
You’ve inherited an Access database. The database has outgrown its usefulness and is redundant. Your organization relies on the database, and yet you are getting less then reliable results.
